1. Why does SpeechBill not giving incorrect data in reports or no reports are being generated at all?
Ans: From the Speechbill application logs in the Log folder of Data drive, check if the CDR data is showing in the files after making the test calls. If the data is coming, please verify with Speechlogix technical support if the data is coming in the proper format. You can also collect the data using the Speechlogix CAS terminal software and send back the traces generated from this application.
2. What all modes of Data connectivity is supported by SpeechBill.
Ans: Speechbill can support connectivity over LAN (TCP/IP ) and through connectivity over COM ports to collect the CDR data from PBX.
3. What are the licensing models followed for SpeechBill?
Ans: SpeechBill is licensed based on number of extensions to be monitored and also there is a Hierarchy license based on number Departments and number of Divisions to be configured in the SpeechBill. SpeechBill is available in 2 Editions , the Standard edition and the Enterprise edition. Standard edition is with only one department / Division license. Enterprise Edition will support multiple divisions /departments and organization Hierarchies.
