Zain KSA announced a significant milestone in their Zain Cloud which offers an array of safe and reliable Saudi based computing services that adheres to international standards and best practices. On April 1, 2020 the unified communication (UCaaS) was launched successfully to serve all business customers across various sectors in Zain Cloud. This launch is in line with the digital transformation happening in the Kingdom as part of Saudi Vision 2030.
Proudly announcing the XLogix platform, the UCaaS and CCaaS platform has been fully developed by SpeechLogix Canada. The new service is possible due to the robust backend platform, it offers a full end- to-end service including HD Voice & Video, conferencing, and collaboration. The service is hosted in Zain KSA’s locally-based Cloud in Riyadh.
The XLogix Platform will facilitate Zain KSA’s primary goal to enable the digital UC unified communication market. The Platform has key applications that will help transform the local market quickly. Zain KSA’s business customers will be able to leverage Zain’s Branded softphone apps (Zain Business Connect) with key features such as virtual office, collaboration, CRM integration and many other features that will enable “work from home” initiatives. In addition, they will be able to take advantage of optional advanced features such as call recording, analytics and translations.
